I have the same problem with my ELIMINA Series laptop, phoned the PS support at least 10 times without any useful information, bought a brand new M.2 hard drive as suggested for a clean install and no luck, feels like throwing this laptop under the bin collection truck wheel every week.

Opening the laptop to access the hard drive is a nightmare, 18 screws to remove and internal clips, unbelievable design!

What's the issue you're having?

This is the problem, this machine will not install Windows 11! I have tried installing using USB flash drive (created using MS and Rufus), external DVD drive and from a brand new M.2 drive alone (all other HD removed) and it stops at exact the same point, shown above.

The bios has been reset to factory more than once and nothing seems to make it work with Windows 11.

Can you run us past the process you're taking to clean install? As detailed as possible please.

When does it enter the state above? At what point?

You need to be as detailed as possible so we know where it's failing.

Have you configured the BIOS for TPM etc?

Several failed attempts, BIOS reset to factory, TPM on, secure boot enable. here are the steps:

#1 from original PC Specialist Windows 10
1. Open laptop (painful)
2. Installed brand new Samsung SSD 980 Pro 500GB (M.2)
3. Downloaded ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows11
4. Mount ISO as a drive
5. Started installation on new HD
6. After copying files, installer rebooted
7. Dual boot: Windows 11 Stopped on the screen

#2 Using external media
1. Open laptop
2. Remove Windows 10 SSD
3. Created bootable USB from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows11 on another laptop
4. Started laptop, F2 to select USB as first driver
5. Save and exit
6. Windows 11 installer stopped at screen

#2.1 USB with Rufus
1. Downloaded ISO https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows11
2. Created bootable USB using Rufus
3. Boot laptop from USB
4. Windows 11 installer stopped at screen

#2.2 External Asus DL DVD drive
1. Burned ISO to DL DVD disk
2. Connected DVD driver
3. Configure boot from DVD first
4. Boot laptop
5. Windows 11 installer stopped at screen

The external media has been tested on a HP laptop, the Windows 11 installer always starts without a problem. I have also repeated the external media steps #2.X with Secure Boot disabled, no luck, wasted loads of time!!!

Yes, I do have the original PCS hard drive with Windows 10 installed, I have not changed this one, still works fine.

I have also tested installing Windows 10 from a USB, the installation starts just fine, however no luck with Windows 11.

Thanks for your time, I will give a call to PCS again, hope they will have a BIOS update. Here is what I have:

What I meant was you said that you removed the drive with windows 10 on it. You are putting in a drive to install to?
