I was reading on some of the other threads that I have to keep reinstalling windows on a custom built PC is this true? I’m not great with computers and if that is the case perhaps I would be better off getting one of the aldready out together ones.

Could I get one of the cheaper boxes and perhaps the entry level ryzen 7 or top range ryzen 5 Also would the 1660 ti be any better then the 1660. Sorry to ask so many questions.
