Tbh mate I traced the ends of the cables and unplugged everything without tracing them to the board. Just unplugged what I could see and pulled the wires through. But I only had 3 fans connected to the commander core and I've got 6 corsair fans. They should have all been connected to that...

I've re done it all now controlled through icue and everything is good. Thanks guys

It was hitting 100c on prime95 benchmarks. I've re routed all the fan wiring etc and now temps are far far lower and all the fans work correctly
