If I had the extra budget would you recommend I upgrade to the Nvidia 4070/Super now?

Appreciate the help and suggestion just a couple of questions. 1. If I was to upgrade the GPU in the future what you you recommend? 2. Since this would be my first gaming PC any tips or suggestions you would have for a beginner?

oh yeah its a 1080p monitor but I have been thinking to upgrade to a 1440p 144z monitor

1. Currently using a Samsung 24" 144hz gaming monitor 2. Mainly for gaming 3. Wont be using VR in the near future
