I removed my RAM and graphics card and cleaned the area with a can of air, then tried running the games again. I managed to play for a good 2 hours before it crashed again. So I ran the Memtest86 and everything seems to be fine with the memory at least.

I removed the RAM to see any signs of dust or dirt then pushed it back in until it clicked, that's all I did with it.
