I would actually take this as a good sign at this stage. I was exactly at the same point. Scanned in Dublin depot on December, 30th and then nothing. Then two more scans on the January 10th and 11th, both the exact same location and description (at local FedEx facility, Dublin) and it arrived...
Finally the PC has arrived today. The package was opened but seemingly complete and the system seems to be working fine. Took Fedex nearly 5 weeks at this point but happy this is finally over.
After arriving in Dublin on the 23rd, it went to Kilkenny on the 29th. Tonight there was an update and it's back in Dublin :cautious: Not expecting it anytime soon :mad:
Waited the whole day for the delivery as the tracking page said it'd be delivered today, but nope.
But I got an email from Fedex saying "We are currently working hard to move these goods out of our hub.
Contingency plans are in place to minimise service delays and we are monitoring the situation...
It was a package quite similar in content (IT equipment), size and value, so I think it is comparable. By now FedEx is asking for more details for their investigation (content, weight, value, type of packaging).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming PCS for the issue overall, this is all FedEx...

I have the exact same problem as many seem to have above. Shipped from the UK on the 10th, sitting in Stansted since the 11th. I've contacted the FedEx support several times via chat and have been told it would arrive by the end of the (last) week, it's stuck in a hub, it's sitting in customs...
