Actually I don't think Apple has produced that - I think it's 3rd party.
Did you see his interview with Tim Cook - where Tim said about getting the ergonomics right? "Ergonomics?" was MKBHD's response. :ROFLMAO:
I have a Recoil 17. They come with a drain adapter thing. It plugs into the water cooling port on the back of the laptop to open up the quick disconnect valves and lets you drain it out.
For your existing laptop you should find that if you open it it up, clean the fans and heat-sinks and then re-paste the CPU and GPU you'll find it should run quieter and cooler. It's recommended to do this every 1 to 2 years.
For the Lafite I would probably go with something like this setup...
No - and it isn't known if it will work or not. I took a risk on a "known to work" BIOS change but the Recoil 16 2024 is not in that category.
Please don't try - you could end up with a bricked laptop AND a voided warranty.
You could take a look at RyzenMaster from AMD.

I'm not sure if it will do everything you want but it should be a good starting point.
I did hear on the grapevine that HP were going to do a ZBook mobile workstation with the 395+ at some point. It should have better cooling than the Asus tablet thing - unless they screw that up.
Now if PCS were to produce a laptop with the The AMD Ryzen™ AI MAX+ 395 "Strix Halo" that would be awesome.
It all depends though on TongFang or Clevo providing the core chassis I guess.
