No one knows, but I got the answer from PCS.
So in case anyone follows in my footsteps, here it is:
The RAM is getting too much voltage sent to it, this is causing overheating. Its not a ventilation / standard overheating issue with the chassis itself.
It’s a BIOS configuration issue...

The reason I’m asking is, I want to check if the latest bios includes the recent intel fixes for the well-known Raptor Lake CPU issues...
