So my PC is about 5 years old but I've started getting stutters while playing games like Fortnite and Valorant, I have played these games for a while and they have only just started doing it and it doesn't happen all the time, sometimes its not bad sometimes it's very bad.

This is the PC I currently have but im looking to upgrade the graphics card to the RTX 3060 (or 3070 if advised to) when it becomes available and im wondering if i should upgrade anything else on there at the same time (CPU maybe) this PC is 4/5 years old now, the M.2 i baught about 2 years ago...
I have Co figured the following gaming PC and I am not too sure whether it is fit for purpose, what kind of games will this be able to run and if there are any changes that you may recommend, that would be awesome.
