Think I found the issue, when i press the connector in it does not go click, which i think makes it so it doesnt connnect properly

ran all updates, i have got it connected to WIFI at this time, but when i turn it off and connect the ethernet cable it goes from no internet to not connected in like 1 second and keeps doing it only have a connection to the motherboard it looks like, no other ethernet slots
