Just to reiterate - I still get the long beep and three short beeps when I have completely removed the GPU card and I'm using the integrated motherboard graphics and hdmi port.

I don't have a DP cable. The HDMI cable works with my other pc and with my Steam deck. The monitor works with my other pc and steam deck The PSU cables are fixed and part of the supply. They're not removable or modular.

They're all connected. I completely unplugged and removed the card then booted with no 4070 card in and HDMI cable connected to the integrated mb graphics. Same problem. I plugged the card back in, including power supply and rebooted. Same issue.
