Need new PC, old quite slow and won't upgrade to win 11.
Also doesn't seem tomplay modern hidef videos!
No gaming or mad graphics tasks.
Any obvious issues?

Right, I need a more up-to-date rig, this is for desktop PC (NOT gaming).
