1. How does one order a US keyboard instead of the British UK one, and is there an extra charge and does it add a few extra days to the build time?

I have a question on the 15.6" Vortex II.
Does the main or second HDD bay support SATA 3 (6GB/s), or is SATA 2 (3GB/s)?
If it's SATA 3 (6GB/s) - what make/model is the SATA controller? Reason for asking is that I have Vertex 3 SSD which requires SATA 3 (for the best speeds).
