Well i made my own and posted it, and it all seemed okay but, that of course if people looking and making minor changes to my spec i made.
So i was wondering if you (people looking at my theread) could make me spec instead, to see if the things you pick, money/parts wise work out better then the parts i picked for the price.
So thing to make sure to include is the operating system and a wireless card, and dont think i need anything else extra's wise. I am going to be using the comp for gaming like skyrim, swtor and bf3 etc.

Also have a question about deilvery if anyone can answer it. Do they give you a day there going to deilver at? For example the computer has been built and sent to yodel and they will deilver it on a thursday, or do they just turn up on a random day and hope theres someone in?

Thank You very much in advance! :)

arrr thanks was just wondering because i would be gutted if i missed the deilvery already not looking forward to the wait :s...
think i might actually use that spec but might just change the case to the storm enforcer only £4 over budget sure i can find that from somewere. xD
btw would you say the 6970 was better than the gtx 570? (since you have one)

You could certainly put a 6970 in there and you would still get great performance at a fiver less too!

The cards themselves are pretty much neck and neck, with the 570 pulling ahead on some games and the 6970 on others. The main difference is the 570 seems to handle high AA settings better and the 6970 can cope better with extreme resolutions. It will just come down to personal preference really as I doubt you would notice the difference between the two.

meh ill get the gtx570 as thats cheaper, becuase with the 6970 i have to up the PSU to 750w so works out more money.

also because you been very helpful so far, whats the difference between the caviar green and black hddd's? other than the green being cheaper :s
because the max of the max of my budget is £870 and if i get the green i can get the 8gb ram :)

p.s. gratz on 100 rep ;) lol

The caviar greens have a random spin speed between 5400-7200rpm and also power down when not in use to save energy so they are best as storage drives, the caviar black drives spin at a constant 7200rpm so have better performance which makes them ideal for your primary drive.

4GB is fine for gaming and you can always add more at a later date if you ever need to upgrade it, so get the caviar black and 4GB ram and feed the kittys ;)

Why, thank you :)

And yeah defo stick with the Caviar Black its much faster. It's easy enough to add more ram at a later date when you have more cash. Enjoy the wait, then the pc.. :p
