Advice on new gaming build

This will be primarily a gaming PC for games such as CP2077/BG3 and the like, with possible VR use in the future.
Budget is around £3.5k which includes the monitor.
No monitor yet but am looking at the Alienware AW3423DWF (34" ultra wide 1440p OLED 165Hz) for £650, any advice on this would also be appreciated.

It seems like an almost flawless build, however I would make the following small tweaks.

SSDs
Depending on whether it doesn't deplete funds for other components, a Gen5 OS drive might be worthwhile.
My preference would be for a quick Gen4.
There is no discernible advantage to having extremely high sequential read/write speeds as a game drive, however.

Cooler
Given the foregoing, I believe that a 240mm cooler is the bare least for the 9800X3D; in addition, I would spend the money on a 360mm instead of a Gen5.

Warranty
I think that a silver warranty (just £5) for a year of C&R is mandatory.
