Advice on this £1,500~ spec

I've been looking at what I can throw together for this price as a gaming/streaming/video editing rig, and I came up with this. Any advice on whether the parts I've selected have known performance issues and whether there are better alternatives are much appreciated.

For streaming your gameplay, something with more cores would be extremely useful:

The X299 chipset is very expensive and probably really best paired with high end CPUs like the 7820k or better. The 7740x is pretty much a 7700k with the integrated graphics ripped off.

The fact that it's a consumer chipset (akin to Intel's Z270) makes it cheaper and so lets you comfortably fit a GTX 1070 in there.
