Any opinions?

Opinions? Looking for a PC mainly for gaming that will last for quite a while before having to consider upgrades, that being said don't really care about running games on ultra quality. Budget around £2000. Only 1 SSD as I do intend on installing my own as well.

On the whole, there's lots of things I'd change, but that CPU is 4 generations old...and a cooler that won't be able to keep the CPU under thermal control to stop it throttling.

What monitor are you pairing this with (make & model, or resolution & refresh rate)?

Regarding the SSDs you already have, are they smaller, fast ones for the Windows install, or do you expect to run most things from the 4TB you've selected?

Also, whatever config you go for, I'd remove Norton as it's nothing but malware - and it's better to have never had it on a system than removing it (which carries the risk of leaving something hiding, even if you use the official uninstaller).

Finally, that PSU is nowhere near enough for that CPU & GPU combo. Just for the GPU, Nvidia recommends a 850W ATX3.1 PSU, and you've chosen a 750W ATX2.4 PSU (older spec, less protections for higher power draws and transient power spikes), plus it's a PSU intended for budget builds that are unlikely to see any upgrades over the next 5-10 years.

This is about as close as I can get to £2000, whilst keeping a 1440p GPU, giving you a faster gaming CPU, and giving you a much better base for future upgrades.

Case
CORSAIR FRAME 4000D RS ARGB MODULAR - changed partly to save some money, but this is a remarkably good, modular & customisable case for the money
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.0GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5) - second-best gaming CPU at the moment (the 9800X3D is better, but 20% more expensive)
Motherboard
GIGABYTE B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI 7 (AM5, DDR5, M.2 PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7) - very good level of motherboard
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (2 x 16GB) - sweet-spot speed for AM5 CPUs/montherboards
Graphics Card
12GB MSI GEFORCE RTX 5070 SHADOW 2X OC - HDMI, 3 x DP - similarly-priced option would be the 16GB AMD RX9070, which has a bit more raw FPS, but loses out a little in the ray tracing and multi-frame-generation tech
1st M.2 SSD Drive
4TB CORSAIR CORE XT MP600 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (up to 5000 MB/R, 4400 MB/W) - no change
Power Supply
CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ ATX 3.1, MODULAR, CYBENETICS GOLD - excellent PSU and plenty of headroom for both upgrades and top-tier efficiency
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
CORSAIR NAUTILUS 360 RS ARGB HIGH PERFORMANCE CPU COOLER - plenty to keep the CPU (and future CPU upgrades) well under control, and matches the fans included with the case
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
ONBOARD 2.5Gbe LAN PORT
Wireless Network Card
NONE OR ONBOARD Wi-Fi (MOTHERBOARD DEPENDENT)

Agree with every word @TonyCarter says. I would consider, however, whether the 7800X3D is the best buy. You can get the 9700X for cheaper, and then get the 9070 XT, which is a much faster/better value graphics card and come out at precisely the same price. That would be a better performing PC today. The downside is that you could be CPU limited in some games earlier in the PC's life than with the 7800X3D (though my personal approach would be to go for the cheaper CPU now and upgrade it down the line).
