Hi all,

I am currently building a new gaming/computer rig, as my old one is out of date and was built back in 2008 for Windows XP.

I am planning on using this Rig for PC gaming, hopefully Skyrim when it comes out towards the end of the year.
I am also currently a Multimedia Student and will be using this Rig for 3d Studio Max 2012 and Maya 2012.

I have looked on this site to build the computer and here I the specs which I have come up with.

I may also remove the Blu-Ray rom as I will not be playing Blu-Ray movies on this system.

Any suggestions for this specification would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: I am also thinking about getting a wireless USB adapter for this Rig since there is not enough PCI slots on the Motherboard. I am preferably looking for one with a cradle/usb extension as my computer will be in the far corner of my room and the router is downstairs. Does anyone also have any recommendations for a decent one to run on Windows 7 64 Bit?

Many Thanks
Jamie

I'm not IT literate enough to make many good suggestions to the spec but I would definately say increase the waranty to the £5 one as it then gives you 1 year collect and return which would be advisable.
