Hello everyone, I have a problem... I ordered a laptop the 13th of January, everything went good, but I continued to check the configurator in the upcoming days because I wanted to see if prices went up or down. Turns out my configuration was no longer available (i5 10200H and GTX 1650) but it had been downgraded to a MX350 with an i5 10300H, I didn't give it too much importance because I had already ordered it and thought PCS would take the components for my order... A few days ago I decide to upgrade from 8GB 2133 to 16 GB 2666 but it won't let me amend my order and I get this message:
"Unfortunately the following products are in short supply, and we do not have enough stock available to cover the requirements on your configuration. Please reduce the quantity or select an alternative product: Clevo NP50DB (4GB GTX-1650, i5-10200H, 144Hz N4, Blank KB)".
Does this mean that they don't have the components for my order? I came to that conclusion because I am not changing the GPU and CPU, I had already chose them when I made my order. Please help me understand. Thanks in advance.
