Hi - hope someone can help. I have a PC tower that when I switch on, starts up - screen shows first loading page logo, but it doesn't get past this point to login.
On the front of the PC tower there is a blue light with a red light directly below - I don't recall that usually being on?
Anyone have any idea what I can do?
I've tried turning off at mains, also holding down power on button.......
