Cast to Device no longer connecting.

Not sure what changed.

When I first received the PC, Cast to Device was working fine. Tried it today and it no longer connects. I've tried my Mobile phone and that connects fine to the TV. It's only the Laptop that can not connect. Is there a setting I can't find to change this? I don't know what's blocking it from connecting.

FIX: Cast to Device not working in Windows 10
