Computer just back from RMA, BSOD within 5 minutes of playing a game

I read the thread about getting help with BSOD but no dump/minidump file has been created. I made sure I was looking in the right place and there definitely isn't one. Event viewer isn't much help, just tells me that there was a critical kernel-power event 41 (improper shutdown).

Computer was 2-ish months old, purchased in February, RMA'd in late April when it started getting BSOD's every 5-10 minutes during gaming. They did tests, said everything fine, got it back this morning. Seemed fine for a couple of hours when I was just downloading stuff and watching Youtube but as soon as I tried to play a game I get a BSOD within 5 minutes. Screen goes black and sound cuts out but, unlike last time (before I RMA'd it), the monitor stays on and it didn't say "no signal" it's just totally frozen and I have to hit the restart button.

So far have rolled back drivers, checked everything is up to date, checked all wires/cables/hardware is properly/securely in place.

That was a different issue, getting rid of armory crate seemed to fix it. This seems to be a different type of freeze/crash. In that other thread the PC would freeze but I could still see the screen - I just couldn't move the mouse or click anything.

This new issue, screen goes black and sound cuts out. I'm trying to figure out why it isn't creating a dump file when it happens. I've tried it with both settings (small memory dump and automatic memory dump) and neither one is creating a crash report that I can post here.

Edit - Yeah it's a consistent BSOD within like 1-5 minutes of launching a game. Screen goes black, sound cuts out, have to hit the restart button. I'm not getting one of these crash dump files and event viewer is just saying critical error event ID 41.
