Desktop specifications primarily for Photoshop

My immediate need is a desktop for Photo editing (primarily Photoshop) with some small-scale video editing (the short bursts you shoot while out-and-about rather than full-on blogging). Price is in the £1200 region.

I currently have a Dell U2412 screen (1920x1200) but am thinking of going to a 4k display.
For photos, most will be 45MB stills but when using tiff files these can go to 200MB quite easily. I will be editing in 32-bit mode (if this is relevant) I keep most of my files on an external HDD drive and would envisage downloading photos to the inbuilt SSD, so as I can take advantage of the SSD speed for editing, and when I have edited them then move them to the external drive
As said above, I do not shoot video very much but do stream films or sports channels (I am presuming this is within the remit of a modern desktop!).

As well as the obvious suitability of the build for photoediting, the other questions will show my ignorance of this technology (my current computer is 11 years and counting!):

1. The specifications for the case shows 1USB 3.0 and one USB-C. Am I reading that correctly because the specs below show 6 ports. If it is only 2 ports, would I need to use a hub for things like printer, scanner etc
2. I currently have a 1TB SSD that I could use as a second drive in the new build so would install it myself. Anything I should be aware of?
3. I intend to move to dual-screen for photo editing
4. Not sure from the specifications on how many PCI slots will be available for any additional cards once the graphics card is in place. Not that I have any ideas at the moment of what I may need it for, but I did add a USB-3 card to my current computer so it would good to know at the point of ordering what my options may be

Any advice offered will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know enough to answer yoour specific questions. However, I know that folk saved me some money by pointing out that you can legally transfer your windows licence, even an OEM one, from an older machine
