FAN making strange noise

Hello!

I have a Defiance Series: 15.6 (September 2020) and recently I've been hearing some weird noise from the fans.

Here's a video:

This sound starts every once in a while, and after some time it randomly stops. It doesn't matter the fan speed (in the video it started on Maximum, and then changed it back to automatic).

I've had this for some time now, one day I opened it to clean the fans, and it stopped for a couple hours, and returned right after.
There doesn't seem to be caused by a wire staying on the fan.

Is there something I can do to fix this, or should I contact support directly?
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post the full spec and when did you last service it

If by "when you last serviced it" means last time I cleaned it, was no longer than a week ago. And these noises started before that, and are still present today (for example right now)

It does sounds like either a beading has gone, or it's slightly contacting something like a cable

There are no cables touching the fans, otherwise it would probably always sound like that.

If its a bearing, is there anything I could do?

You'd need to RMA it to have the fan swapped out.
