Is a GTX960 in a PCI-E 1.0 x16 slot bottlenecked much, (I hear just a couple of percent)? Which would be the better option out of the below
OPTION 1 (PCI-E 2.00 x16)

OPTION 2 (PCI-E 1.00 x16)
