Help needed with sound to do with 2 monitors

Hey guys, happy Thursday.
Just wondering if its possible to make sound from my 2nd monitor come through speakers while my 1st monitor plays through headphones?
I currently have my Headphones plugged in the back and speakers plugged in the front of my desktop.

Is it possible and if so can someone give me a run down of how?

Pretty sure you can only use one sound playback device at a time,this is usually determined by whatever is set as default in sound panel.

I've attached the 42" TV to my PC and play youtube/netflix/lovefilm over it, so what I'd like is my girlfriend watch Netflix, and I play Battlefield of WoW through the headphones so it doesn't overwrite her sound of the film and I can hear whats going on in my game... Not possible?
