I'm afraid that I'm not qualified to advise you on the specs - however is the selection of two different sized monitors intential? If they are going to be positioned side by side I would have thought that £20 more (or less) would be worth it to make them look even.

Or am I missing something?

What will you be using the computer for? It looks fine as a budget gaming spec, but it would be odd to have 2 monitors for gaming on a budget spec.

Also I'd agree with what Animal said about the screens. In particular I'd steer clear of the AOC 18.5" screen as it has a much lower resolution than other screens.
