I think the point is that without the information the linked article requests, it's hard to know what to think as the pc should be customised for a purpose. The 'what do you think' question is usually about that, ie is it fit for purpose? Without that info people can only point out generic stuff.

Even as a non expert forum lurker, I can tell you that the thermal paste is a worse choice than the pre applied standard paste. I also think the power supply may not be enough, particularly for future upgrades, and you haven't got much storage by modern standards, but they are both questions dependent on your intended use.

To summarise, we need:
  • Max budget
  • Usage (e.g. is it for gaming only, or does it need to perform in video/3d rendering tasks as well)
  • If it’s for gaming, what’s the make & model or resolution & refresh rate of your main monitor
  • The config link from the bottom of your config
