Will this spec support 2 monitors or I need to add a basic GPU?

It will work fine.

Note that the motherboard has 1 x DVI output and 1 x HDMI output. The monitors apparently have VGA, DVI, and DP inputs (according to a quick google anyway). So you will want an adapter cable for your HDMI output to a DVI input for one of the monitors.

I would strongly suggest the 970 Evo over the WD Black as it is a lot faster.

If you wanted to save money you could do so by getting a cheaper motherboard from the Home Office menu, slower RAM, and an 8700 non-k.

Why the change in motherboard? Personally I'd take the Z370-P motherboard as it has 2 M.2 connectors and is cheaper than the HD3

The PSU, and the CPU cooling are more than fine for the spec.

That case apparently comes with no preinstalled fans, so if you're ordering it buy it with 2 extra fans. Although if you're doing that, it takes the price up to almost the level of the Corsair 200R, which has 2 preinstalled fans anyway

If you're never adding a dedicated graphics card the 350W PSU is generously more than enough for the system.
