Just got my new PC. It's beautiful! But the case fans aren't spinning.

Hi all, I'm so pleased with my new PC, but there's a slight problem with the case fans. I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to get them going- in case there's something obvious I'm not seeing. a pic of the bios is right here ( ) , and as per instructions, here's the specification.

Which fans are not spinning? Rear, top or front? I'm assuming the rear is the standard black PCS generic fan, which is plugged into one fan header (probably CHA2 based on your screenshot). The top fans are likely to be the H100i rad fans, and are therefore controlled by iCUE and not by the fan headers. The front case fans are either also connected to iCUE (via the Commander Core) or connected to a fan splitter hub. Easiest way to determine the latter is by taking off side panel and taking a pic of the cable management.

ok rather than trying to work out what is going on via the BIOS, open up Icue, hover over the H100i on the home screen, click on cooling and post a screen shot of what shows there, it should be similar to this
