It is, yes.

What are your uses? If you're only running 2 monitors for productivity then you can downgrade your graphics card to the 2gb version. If you plan to have 3 monitors for gaming then the 4gb would be fine.

You can also downgrade the CPU cooler to the triple copper heatpipe unless you're planning on overclocking.

The rest looks good though

Definitely. if you can squeeze a 780 into the build it would be immensely beneficial.
