Problem: My keyboard is not working on my desktop computer.

How the problem started. I was livestreaming a video game 'Legend of Grimrock' on Twitch.tv (service) using OBS (software). I got a blue screen of death with the error 'Page in non-page area' or 'non-page element in page area'. Funny coincidence, I dropped some pages, notes, scrolls (in game items) in the game in front of some stairs before the crash. After restart, the keyboard stopped working in windows but does still work in BIOS.

I have tried different things.

#0 Other keyboards - I tried using another keyboard: Microsoft keyboard and Older Razer keyboard and Botleg Chinese keyboard but none of the other 3 keyboard and current keyboard works. So its not a problem with the physical keyboard itself.

#1 Keyboard works in BIOS and before Booting up windows - So the problem is in windows and on the softwareside.

#2 Uninstall/Reinstall Drivers - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard drivers but it still doesnt work and restart computer in between installations and afterwards. The Drivers before and after still shows an error message as follows:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Object Name not found.

#3 Uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse 3 and 4 (the program for the Razer BlackWidow keyboard).

#4 There is no driver file available for install from the manufacture website for my model - RZ03-0262. The Driver is installed through the Razer Synapse app or through Windows Update.

#5 Install all Windows update. Install HID Driver Updates. Update Drivers.

#6 Tried plugging in the keyboard into different USB sockets (front and back). No luck.

#7 The keyboard has keys for sound control volume control and mute button that still works. But none of the keyboard keys work. Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock doesn't work but does work before boot up.

#8 The mouse has 12 buttons on the side that can be assiged keyboard keys. The mouse buttons assigned with the keyboard keys or functions don't work. (Does work with mouse functions and non keyboard functions.)

#9 System Restore - I have used system restore but none of the restore points are before the problem occured.

#10 sfc/scannw in cmd. Got the following message: 'Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files but was unable to fix some of them.' (I don't know how to fix them manually.)

#10 sfc/scannw in cmd. Got the following message: 'Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files but was unable to fix some of them.' (I don't know how to fix them manually.)
If the keyboard doesn't work at all then how did you run SFC??

Since from this it seems you can run some command somehow, try running this one...
Code:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Then run SFC again.

Can you boot the Windows installation media? Does the keyboard wok in there? There is a way to run DISM from the installation media and fix the installation files in your Windows system, but in addition to a bootable copy of the Windows installation media you will also need an ISO image of the Windows installation media. I can walk you through that process if needs be. However, a clean reinstall of Windows might be faster - and more reliable.

You still have the virtual on-screen keyboard that all Windows 10 comes with. It's an accessibility feature. (Had to use virtual keyboard to log in with pin/password every time). Also copy+paste with mouse still works on the cmd.

I tried a factory reset from Settings -> Recovery -> Reset this PC . The computer turned itself off and after restart. I got a message saying Windows ran into a problem and no changes were made. (I think this is a different problem from the keyboard one.). Also keyboard still doesn't work in/during this mode.

I don't know what Windows installation media is? is it a CD or something that installs Windows 10? PC Specialist installed my OS for me when I bought it.

There is an 5.6 GB iso file named W10_Recovery_OS_Multi_Language that I can download from PCSpecialist account tech support.

I ran the dism command twice and scan command inbetween, before, afterwards. Corrupt files still remain and unfixed.

Man life is gonna get so much harder when Microsoft stops support for Windows 10 in October. Things are already starting to fall apart. My computer doesn't even meet the requirements for Windows 11.

I would attach the log files if I could but Post only allows image files as attachment.
