Keyboard malfunction lol

Hi,

I have been trying to find a new TongFang keyboard to no avail, my daughter has had a field day(2 years old) and pulled all the F keys off along with missing the number 8 & I keys.

Laptop apparently says this is the model GM5AG7Y

., but the sticker on the underside of the laptop says its a GM6AG7Y.

Anybody any ideas with regards to getting a replacement but not paying £68 from China.

Anybody any ideas with regards to getting a replacement but not paying £68 from China.

The keyboard isn’t modular, it’s part of the upper chassis. You’d need to raise an RMA with PCS, that’s why you have a warranty
