Laptop didn't come with clean SSD :(

I just got my new laptop that has an SSD. I turned on the laptop and found that a test version for Windows 8 is already installed.

I booted from a USB to install a fresh version of Windows 8.1 Pro and found that there are already 5 partitions.
What are these partitions, what are the benefits of keeping them and how do I select a proper format layout?

The partitions are:
Partition 1: Windows RE Tools - 300 MB - Recovery
Partition 2: SYSTEM - 260 MB - System
Partition 3: - 128 MB - MSR (Reserved)
Partition 4: Recovery image - 6.3 GB - OEM (Reserved)
Partition 5: Windows - 225.9 GB - Primary

I already tried formatting partition 5 which removed its "Windows" title and I then tried to install to that partition however I was given the message "The partitions on the disk selected for installation are not in the recommended order. For additional information about installing to GPT disks go to the Microsoft website and search for GPT."

What should I do about this?
What am I recommended to do for partitions in this case?

That's the standard partitioning for a gpt (guid partition table) windows partition. Just delete each partition and create a new one and start install on that one. Or you can try your key in the existing installation, can sometimes work.
