Laptop overheating?

I bought a Skyfire laptop from PC Specialist, which I received July last year. I've played a lot of games on it, but recently (over the past month or so) it's been switching off after a couple of hours of gaming. The bottom of the laptop gets really hot, then it turns off without warning. I don't know what the problem is. Could someone please help me?

Definitely seems like an overheating issue, have you tried cleaning out any dust that may have accumulated, especially from vents and fan,

Do I need a specific program to do that? What kind of temps am I looking for?
Well,I use GPU-Z for graphics card, and Core Temp for CPU.
CPUID HWMonitor will do both.
Can't really say what temps you're looking for,it depends on what components you have, but it might be obvious if somethings going a bit high.
