Mid-range 1080p 60fps build help.

Hello, i'm looking to get a mid-range gaming pc for 1080p 60fps gaming. I'm looking at both options from Nvidia and AMD and I'm having trouble deciding what to go for!. I haven't bought a new pc in a few years so i'm out of the loop on what's the best value/performance for a mid-range gaming pc. I have made a couple of builds for around the same price (Nvidia build slightly more) and i'd like some advice on what would be best overall gaming performance. Here are the builds:

Intel/Nidia build:

Personally I think the Intel/Nvidia build is stronger however you could shoehorn a GTX970 into a build for approx £700 which would give you better FPS than either of the builds you posted. There is of course a trade off in other components but you can always add an SSD at a later date...

I would say that they would work well together, but obviously it depends on the game, games which heavily rely on the CPU like ARMA3 might give you some bottlenecks but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a slight overclock.
