I haven't heard of Ornitocopter. What's it like compared to Skywind or Morrowblivion?

I got about 85% through morrowind and keep meaning to finish (although i have no idea what i am doing anymore)
I keep installing and trying mod packs but never had a great experience with them.
I guess i have another to try. Thanks
