nagging problem with new laptop

Hi There

I recently build top spec Cosmos laptop and start noticing very nagging problem with it.
Basically when I am using itunes and try to open other programs/apps music starts lagging badly for few seconds. I made a short video which I posted to youtube to demonstrate what exactly do I mean by that.

I was wondering if anyone come across same issue and how you managed to deal with it. If I open maps app for first time since turning laptop on its lagging like in the video, but once it loads properly, I close the app and open it again - it works fine. However if I do it with chrome browser it happens every time I close it/open it but just for second or two. Also same issue appears at random times during movies/youtube videos etc. I've tried monitoring performance graphs on task manager but did not notice any spikes on cpu, memory or disc. if anything like that happened to you before please let me know how you dealt with it?

apologies, I think message was not showing clearly. Can anyone have a look and see if its something you come across before?

That is very odd, are you saying that this only ever occurs when you are using iTunes, or can it happen whilst iTunes isn't open?

it happens when I listen youtube as well. or watching film. basically anytime theres any audio running in a background. otherwise I would not hear that lag?

I just wanted to see if it was something iTunes was doing or a general problem overrall. It sounds like a HDD issue to me where it's struggling to read the disc fast enough whilst opening programs. Have you messaged the tech support on the PCS website?
