Need help with build please

Hi there don’t know much about pcs but would like to get into pc gaming, this build was in the pre configured section but have changed it slightly for what think ill need, would this be able to run most AAA games at 1440? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Budget is probably 2300 max, monitor is a asus tuf 27” 1440p 165hz, main uses would be hopefully some AAA games but mostly simulator/ smaller games

Here's my suggestion for your 1440p gaming PC.

N.B. If the simulator includes some flight SIM, it may be worthwhile to upgrade the RAM to 64GB.
