New build setup to fry itself

Hi guys, received my new build from pcs at the weekend. Have just the last few days got round to setting it up etc. I've noticed quite a few things that I'm pretty disappointed in. Specs as follows
Asus z590 tuf gaming
I7 11700k
16gb vengeance 3200mhz
Samsung 870 qvo 1tb
H150i elite cappelix
Corsair 5000d

Firstly the system was running super hot, gone to hw monitor and voltages were ridiculous. Vcore peaking at 1.6v lol so boot into bios and everything was just left on auto. After configuring bios myself everything is now in order but if someone was just a casual user that never entered bios it could have been bad news. Now second problem, fans are wired wrong. I'm trying to set fan curves for the h150i rad and only the centre fan responds to the curves, the other 2 just constantly spin at around 600rpm. So now I have to spend my time tracing all the wires and setting them up properly aswell. It seems like the system was setup to fry itself what with insane voltages and rad fans that can't adapt to coolant temp. I paid pcs for a machine because I work long hrs and haven't the time or patience to build one for myself atm, and now I'm going to have to do some work on it to get it right as sending for rma will just set me back in my work. Just think it's sloppy on pcs part imo.

If you're not happy either RMA it or return it for a refund. If PCS have a sloppy builder they need to know, the best way to do that is to let them know by returning/RMAing it.

After waiting as long as I have for the system unfortunately rma isn't an option, I need this machine for work.

I had to do a fair amount of tweaking and downloading of support software when I got mine...although in my case it was mainly the low capped CPU frequency that was causing most of my originally low benchmark scores.

Have you got iCue controlling the AIO fan curves or the BIOS/ArmoryCrate FanExpert?

What sort of temperatures are you seeing that are concerning?
It was hitting 100c on prime95 benchmarks. I've re routed all the fan wiring etc and now temps are far far lower and all the fans work correctly

I've re done it all now controlled through icue and everything is good. Thanks guys

Where were the fans routed to ? Should have just been into the Commander Core which comes with the H150i.

I found mine was blowing the fans very hard for the first few days but has settled down nicely now.

Tbh mate I traced the ends of the cables and unplugged everything without tracing them to the board. Just unplugged what I could see and pulled the wires through. But I only had 3 fans connected to the commander core and I've got 6 corsair fans. They should have all been connected to that. Sorted now so no bother. There was a splitter connected to one of the rad fan connections to accommodate the rear exhaust. I've just took the rear exhaust out tbf as I don't run a gpu, this purely for music production. I need it to run fairly cool and quiet but kick in when needed. The daw I use runs avx2 instruction sets for performance so it can be a resource hog at times. No bother all sorted now.
