New hard drive and now the PC won't boot

Just installed a new hard drive but now my PC won't boot. It turns off then goes to a black screen. It does not go to the windows loading screen so I don't know what to do! Help!

Clear the CMOS. You may need to consult your motherboard manual on how to do this and there are also plenty of tutorials on how to do this online. Hope you get it sorted :)
