Looking for some opinions on this build overall for video editing with adobe premiere/After Effects and 1440p gaming this is on the upper end of my budget at around £3200

It appears to be a solid starting point; I would only make a few minor adjustments, primarily to the storage options, and I would absolutely go much higher with the PSU.

I changed the case since I prefer the 6500X over the North, but you can keep it because it is also a very good case.

I really appreciate you taking the time to look at this for me. This looks great. Do you think I should opt for extra case fans? And for radiator placement is side or top best on this case?

It depends on the case you choose: the 6500X only has one 120mm fan included so probably I'd add also 3x Corsair RX120, whilst the North already has three 3x 140mm front fans and no more are really required.

The rad is generally mounted on top of the case when available.
