Hello there!

Ask PCS. If it's anything like my Optimus VI you don't really need a special tool, you just need to be very careful not to slip and scratch the plastic nor to break anything. I've had my Optimus keyboard out a couple of times and I used a small screwdriver and an old credit card, but I was very very careful!

BTW. I've had experience of beer on a keyboard before. It's goes very sticky over a week or three and whilst it might be fine after you've dried it all out you might well find (as I did) that in a couple of weeks you start to get keys sticking. If you're going to take the keyboard out you might as well replace it, they're not hugely expensive.

Ive found some vids on the optimus 6 its just 4 screws after you remove the trim piece I believe, but in the 7 you need to press on 2 points with some tool. I didn't even know such thing existed.

Yes I Will do that I just want to make sure the inside of the lappy is undamaged and IT works properly I left IT to dry for 2 days.
Thanks for your input.
