Order Collection

Hey everyone,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so admins feel free to move it if needed.
Question for the Admins - I am in the process of building a desktop and looking at ordering in the next week.

I've looked everywhere on the site and can't find an option for collecting the desktop in person. Nor any info on the site to tell me otherwise.
I only live 30 minutes away from where you guys are based in Wakefield. I'd really appreciate it if I was able to collect in person, is this a possibility?

I've ordered a desktop before, from a different company, when I received it, it was damaged through delivery. So I'd really love to avoid the chance of that happening again.

Thank you in advance :)

The Admins don't frequent the forums as often as they like, it's community driven with the staff popping on when they can around how busy they are.

Yeah, absolutely, if you're that close it makes perfect sense.

It is completely possible to collect in person from their warehouse. You'll need to call up personally to arrange this though and there's a chance due to pandemic issues, they may not be able to, but that's very slim indeed, and more related to the past around lockdown time.

But yeah, give them a call on 0333 011 7000 tomorrow, try and get the call in as close to 9am as possible as the queues will be shorter. They'll just need your order number to arrange and confirm it. They're open until 8pm as well so if you can't do it during business hours, hopefully you'll be able to later on.

Oh, and I'm sure you don't need reminding, but remember to take a mask (y)
