Was thinking of getting an overclocked machine from pc specialist with hydro cooling etc.

Am just wondering, is there any other maintenance i need to do? iE get liquids etc? Or is there anything i need to keep topping up?
If so what is it and how do i get it and when do i do it lol!

The hydro coolers offered by PCS are closed loop so you wont need to do any maintenance on them whatsoever. They will never need topping up or anything and should be far easier to change-out in the future should you want to do that.

Other than that the only maintenance you'll need to do is dust your PC regularly :).

In terms of overclocking in general, you can get software to monitor the PC's temperature. If the processor starts getting overheated after a couple of years, you might need to apply new thermal paste (just as you would with a normal air cooled heatsync). Obviously you would simply turn the overclocking down if you get worryingly high readings.

Some hydro coolers are quite noisy, in terms of fan and pump sounds.
