Raid 1 - Mirroring

Recently had two bad experiences with disks dieing on me recently (both Seagate, both 3-4 years old), so decided to incorporate Raid 1 - mirroring - with two 1TB disks in my new PCS PC.

I've always been a fan of regular defragmentation, but this is my first experience of using raid in a desktop PC.

We used to use paid-for Diskeeper to defrag our raid enabled servers at work without any problem.

Anyone know if there are any know caveats for using Windows 7 built-in defragmenter (or any of the other defragmenters out there) with Raid 1?

No caveats required, as the RAID is done at the MB level, not the OS, so the OS only sees the drive as a single drive, the WIndows 7 defrag will be OK.
