Recoil 18: Good laptop, bad support

I got my recoil 18. It's very powerful and has good cooling. It's very bulky but it's okay for me.

The order was constantly delayed for more than a month. Support was responsive but lacked empathy.

I ordered on 24th Apr. It kept getting delayed (by 1-2 weeks every time). When I contacted support, they explained the reason every time but showed no care.

They finally dispatched it on 22 May (they could have chosen faster shipping to show they care), but they chose the normal 3-day delivery service to Germany.

Delivery also took forever instead of 3 days and I finally received my laptop on 30th May. Everything was so slow and nobody cared.

You may not be aware, but the delay was nothing to do with PCS, it was worldwide because stocks of GPU's were delayed by NVidia.


And as you ordered so late, you would have been low down in the list, most people would have put pre-orders in from a lot earlier than that
