What's your budget and intended use for this pc?

Budget is £2,500 with a little wiggle room if something could be drastically improved and i plan on using it for top end gaming.

The i7 7700k plus fast RAM will outperform the R7 1700 in gaming.

You might also want to hold off until October when Intel are releasing their Coffee Lake desktop CPUs which are expected to perform similarly to the 7700k but basically offer more cores and could be a bit more futureproof for gaming.

The Barracuda Pro is almost £60 more than the regular 2TB drives, and won't help gaming performance. The 960 Pro is over £70 more than the 960 Evo and won't benefit gaming performance either.

You may prefer to look into a 4k gsync monitor, or a 1440p high refresh rate or ultrawide gsync monitor to go with the 1080 ti

Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2133MHz (2 x 16GB)

There's no benefit to 32gb RAM for gaming. Not even as futureproofing. There's little enough difference between 8gb and 16gb as it stands, and by the time more than 16gb is helpful the rest of the system will be obsolete anyway.
