RMA - DPD came earlier than the stated time

Hello.

Applied laptop for RMA.
The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier than the stated time frame in the email i received from them and i couldn't be there.

Do i have to ring them to re arrange another date/time or will they come back automatically (tomorrow/today)?

I would of thought they would leave a card similar to when they leave a card to say they tried to delivery.
Either way I think it would be a re-arrange with DPD. Log into your PCS account and check to see if there is a tracking number for the DPD collection. Ring DPD and re-arrange.
Failing that give PCS a call and they can re-arrange it from their end.

There is only an RMA number and about the card i havent got any. And just noticed that there is an option in the email to rearrange i dont know if its as effective as a call but ill give it a try.
