Recently RMA'd my desktop for the second time and was wanting some info from those who are currently experiencing, or have recently experienced an RMA.
The first time it went back it took just 2 days to sort although this time round I was told it could take 3 weeks. I'm a little bothered by this as the RMA revolves around a GPU that I've been looking forward to using on a 4 week hiatus, and a 3 week RMA turnaround would mean I would not have chance to use the card before I get back to the grind.
I am also concerned that the 3 week turnaround puts my computer out of warranty, so if the computer arrives back with faults(which it has on 2 occassions) I am worried that it will no longer be covered.
This post is orientated at those who have recently experienced RMA's (as opinions from those who have not experienced the process would be moot) so hopefully some can share their experiences
